| Masters is the Founder/CEO of the National Women's Football
Association. She has extensive credentials in the music and sports industries, working as a public relations/marketing
consultant for a variety of clients including minor league baseball teams, top sporting goods manufacturers, major
real estate resort corporations, top Fortune 500 corporations, the Lipton Tennis Challenge, major record labels,
Susan Gibson, the writer of 'Wide Open Spaces' and the Nashville Film Festival. |
| Masters has worked in the sports industry for over 25 years.
She was a scout/liaison on the famed Virginia Slims tennis circuit for Head racquets, owned of a chain of tennis
specialty shops and worked a marketing consultant for SGMA, which hosts the New York and Atlanta Super Shows, the
largest sporting goods shows in the world. Masters has also worked with all of the top sporting goods manufacturers
including Nike, Reebok, Wilson Sporting Goods and many others. And worked with world famous actor, Charlton Heston
and many top tennis players including Martina Navratilova, Billie Jean King, Rosie Casals, Chris Evert, Jimmy Connors,
Pam Shriver and more. In the 80’s, Masters formed an independent video production company in Boca Raton, FL, which
produced the first instructional golf and tennis series ever broadcast and syndicated on national TV. She has been
the promoter of a variety of sporting events including the Palm Beach Classic Tennis Challenge. |
| In 1993, Masters moved to Nashville to work in the music industry
helping independent artists make their way to the top. She served as the Executive Director for the Women In Music
Business Association and Music Women International for five years. Masters designed, promoted and coordinated more
than 50 music industry events including the highly successful, "Indie Music Week". Catherine credits
her father for giving her a lifelong love of sports and for teaching her how to compete. She is a firm believer
in networking and has spent most of her life helping others connect for more business opportunities. |
